The Controller of the personal data provided above within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO) is jointly "WhitePress" Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała at ul. Legionów 26/28, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, 8th Economic Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000651339, NIP: 9372667797, REGON: 243400145 and other companies from the WhitePress Group (hereinafter: Controller).

The personal data provided in the process of registering an account on the WhitePress® Platform is processed in order to perform the service selected by the user - by accepting the relevant Platform Rules - including to receive information via electronic communication means, in particular email, regarding the status of the performance of the service, as well as to inform about relevant changes to the WhitePress® Platform. The basis for the processing of personal data in this regard is Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA.

In the event that additional consents are given for the processing of data for marketing purposes of WhitePress sp. z o.o. and/or business partners interested in marketing their own goods or services, WhitePress sp. z o.o. will periodically send, via e-mail or telephone contact (depending on the type of consent given), commercial information concerning, inter alia, new products or services, conferences, training courses, events and organised or recommended events, as well as other marketing information. The basis for the processing of personal data in this regard is Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA.
