Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist with Slovak

Join our International Influencer Marketing Team as a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist and help us expand our influencer marketing activities across the Czech and Slovak markets.

You will work closely with an international team, build relationships with creators, support influencer campaigns, and help us create impactful collaborations between brands and online communities.

What do you need to join us?

• Languages: Fluency in Slovak or Czech (min. C1) for smooth business communication, and a good command of English (B2).
• Good understanding of the influencer marketing industry and current social media trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, initiative, and unconventional problem-solving (including handling crisis situations).
• Work Organization: Independence, responsibility, punctuality, and great time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and confidence in using the Google Workspace environment.

What will you be doing?

• Creator Relations: Acquiring new creators (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), selecting the right influencers for projects, and negotiating cooperation terms.
• Client Acquisition & Outreach: Proactively acquiring new clients through outreach activities, identifying potential business opportunities, initiating contact with brands
• Campaign Creation & Execution: Comprehensively preparing, launching, and managing influencer marketing projects and campaigns.
• Strategy & Concepts: Developing communication strategies and creating fresh, creative concepts tailored to brand needs.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining regular contact and building long-term relationships with both influencers and clients from various industries.
• Proposal & Budgeting: Creating proposals and offers aligned with clients' budgets and campaign objectives.
• Coordination & Supervision: Preparing schedules, overseeing smooth execution, and monitoring campaign workflows.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing campaign results, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing recommendations for future improvements.
