Junior Publisher Account Manager in Brazil

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the establishment and maintenance of relationships with publishers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering positive raport
  • Supporting senior managers in promoting and selling WhitePress products through various communication channels
  • Providing basic consultative guidance to publishers regarding the utilization of WhitePress solutions for their content
  • Assisting with customer service inquiries and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to contribute ideas and insights for sales strategies and campaigns
  • Verifying portals and offers listed on the platform to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Acquiring new portals and offers to expand the WhitePress database
  • Negotiating pricing and terms with publishers to secure favorable conditions
  • Advising and supporting publishers in improving their portal performance and online visibility
  • Onboarding new publishers, guiding them through the platform features and setup process.

 

Requirements

  • English and/or Portuguese language skills that allow you to converse freely.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with publishers and internal teams verbally and in writing.
  • Basic Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with sales and marketing principles to support promotional activities and client interactions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Capability to address basic customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Basic Understanding of CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn to manage customer data and interactions.
  • Team Player Mentality: Willingness to collaborate with team members and support senior managers in achieving sales and relationship management goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments, as well as a proactive attitude towards learning about the industry and company products.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field (Preferred)
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in communications, data entry, and customer interactions.
  • Professionalism: Demonstration of a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
