Sales Specialist for MENA market

To continue our accelerated global expansion, we are looking for a goal-oriented Sales Specialist (Mid) with a passion for sales, marketing, and B2B relationships who will help us develop new and existing partnerships in the MENA region.

What will you be doing?

Client Acquisition: Actively acquiring new clients, advertisers, agencies, and partners in the MENA region.
Full Sales Cycle: Managing the B2B sales process from lead qualification, product demos, and negotiations to closing.
Targets & Metrics: Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets while tracking pipeline data in HubSpot.
Proposals & Demos: Preparing tailored commercial offers and conducting online product presentations.
Client Growth & Onboarding: Building long-term relationships, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and coordinating onboarding with Customer Success.
Market Insights: Analysing market trends, competition, and recommending strategic sales initiatives.

What do you need to join us?

Experience: min 2 years in B2B sales, new business acquisition, or business development.
Sales Skills: Strong grasp of consultative selling, sales funnels, key metrics, and negotiation techniques.
Languages: Fluent English (Arabic is an asset).
Location: Ideally based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. We are open to candidates in Saudi Arabia or Jordan.
Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, digital services, and regional market specifics.
Nice to have knowledge: CRM & HubSpot;, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools, Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides);
Basic SEO tools (eg. Ahrefs / Semrush).
Key Abilities: Delivering online pitches/demos, analyzing sales data, and client onboarding management.
