"Black Weeks 2025" Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions or T&Cs) set out the terms and conditions of the promotion called "Black Weeks 2024" entitling users to take advantage of a promotional offer for the use of the WhitePress Platform® (hereinafter: Promotion).
The Promotion is organised by the WhitePress Group®. The Organiser is the company with which the User is bound by a contract for the provision of electronic services, as indicated in the relevant WhitePress Platform Terms and Conditions, which were accepted by the User at the stage of account registration in the Platform (hereinafter: Organiser).
The Promotion is valid from 19 November 2025 at 00:00:00 to 5 December 2025 at 23:59:59. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the duration of the Promotion.
As part of the Promotion, the following Special Offers are available:
1. 10% refund of the net value of the completed shopping cart, up to a maximum of EUR 4,500.00, to be used for orders on the WhitePress® Platform until 31 December 2025;
2. 50% discount on the Website Booster service ordered between 19.11.2025 to 5.12.2025.

Participation in individual Offers in the Promotion takes place via :
1. completing the shopping cart on the WhitePress® Platform, i.e. placing and paying for an order for services: publication of a paid article, link insertion (including publication of links, mentions, banners), Tier2 links, 36-month guarantee, offered as part of the WhitePress® Platform using the code "BW10" in the shopping cart - during the Promotion period;
2. conclusion of a contract for the Website Booster service using the code "BWWB50" in the User's basket.

As part of the Offer referred to in point 4(a) of the Terms and Conditions above, the Advertiser will receive a refund from the Organiser of 10% of the net value of the completed basket, but no more than EUR 4,500.00 (in words: four thousand five hundred Euro 00/100), which will be added to the Advertiser's account on the WhitePress® Platform by 11 December 2025 (hereinafter: cashback pool).
An Advertiser who has taken advantage of the Offer referred to in point 4(a) of the Terms and Conditions may use the cashback pool to pay for orders on the WhitePress® Platform by 31 December 2025. If all or part of the cashback pool is not used, the unused funds from the pool will be withdrawn from the cash register in the Advertiser's account on the WhitePress® Platform.
The Advertiser is not entitled to withdraw funds from the cashback pool, which means that the Advertiser cannot request a withdrawal of this part of the funds from the cash register on the WhitePress® Platform account, and in such a case, the Organiser has the right to refuse the withdrawal. The cashback pool must be used to pay for orders placed by the Advertiser in any module of the WhitePress® Platform by 31 December 2025.
Promotional codes entitling the use of individual Offers specified in point 5 of the Terms and Conditions are reusable codes. During the Promotion period referred to in point 3 of the Terms and Conditions, each Offer may be used any number of times.
The Offer referred to in point 4(a) of the Terms and Conditions is addressed to Advertisers registered on the WhitePress® Platform who have an active account and have accepted the applicable Terms and Conditions for Advertisers. New customers may take advantage of the Offer after creating an account on the Platform and accepting the relevant Terms and Conditions of the WhitePress® Platform.
Participation in the Promotion by using any of the promotional codes constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser is not responsible for the consequences of non-compliance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Complaints regarding the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions may be submitted to the following e-mail address: uk@whitepress.com.
In order to speed up the processing of complaints, please provide a comprehensive description of the reasons for the complaint and the e-mail address of the person submitting the complaint.
Complaints will be considered within 14 working days of their receipt by the Organiser. If it is not possible to meet the above deadline, the Organiser will inform the person submitting the complaint, stating the reason for the extension and the expected time of response.
The person submitting the complaint will be informed about the manner in which the complaint will be considered by e-mail, to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.
The Promotion Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in the event of an important reason, understood as:
1. extension or shortening of the duration of the Promotion;
2. a change in the legal provisions governing the rules and organisation of the Promotion;
3. a change in the manner of conducting the Promotion due to significant technical reasons.

In the event of changes to the Terms and Conditions, the Organiser shall make the text of the Terms and Conditions available by publishing it at the address indicated in point 21 of the Terms and Conditions below. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of orders placed by the Advertiser as part of the Promotion before the date of the changes.
In all matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of the WhitePress® Platform Advertiser and the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 19th November 2025.
