With the Content Premium module, you can order content quickly and without unnecessary formalities, from studies and professional articles, specialized product descriptions, to short social media posts and advertising slogans. That's not all. You can now order, distribute, and promote articles in one place, as well as analyze the effects of your publication. Everything straight from your WhitePress® marketer account.
Smart search engine
Content Premium provides detailed information about journalists and editors. At this time, the platform has over 800 active content authoring business cards from many countries, carefully selected, reviewed, and approved by WhitePress®. Each profile includes:
- short description / author profile,
- education (fields of study, specializations, courses and certificates),
- Work experience,
- experience in content creation,
- portfolio,
- price list,
- evaluation and reviews of previous tasks.
Based on this data, the innovative WhitePress® score was created, which allows a smart search for the most appropriate profiles for a particular order.
How does it work? A Quick Guide to Content Premium for Marketers
Order form
The first step in the Content Premium content ordering process is to fill out the intuitive "Add Order" form. You must specify the subject, language (currently in Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, Slovakian and Polish, but new languages will be available soon) and the title of the article, as shown in the image below.
Then select the type of content that interests you from the list below. This could be:
- description of specialized products,
- description of the specialized category,
- accessing the catalog,
- backup text,
- standard quality item,
- high quality item,
- blog article,
- specialized article,
- service / product reviews,
- social media posts,
- advertising slogan,
- news / current affairs,
- essay,
- serial,
- other texts.
It is also mandatory to enter the expected length of the text (this affects the price of the service). The default amount for an item, indicated on the right side of the form, is only an estimate. Finally, it is the journalists who set the rates for 1000 characters with spaces or for the whole text, and the prices can be seen in the search engine.
In the next part of the form, you must specify the delivery time, which is calculated from the date of payment of the order. It is worth remembering that you have set an appropriate time limit for ordering or holiday periods. All additional guidance, such as keywords, topic suggestions to be addressed in the article, link placement issues, can be included in the editor or as an appendix.
After the briefing, it's time to choose a journalist to write your content. In the basic version of Content Premium, there are three ways available - direct order, ad slot, and the chosen WhitePress® copywriter.
Order directly with a smart search engine
The first option allows you to select a journalist from the WhitePress® database and order text for the rate specified in their profile. The smart search engine allows you to analyze and compare multiple business cards, as well as advanced filtering by keywords, price, or copyright, among other things. When you place your first Content Premium orders, you can also mark journalists as "favorites" and use this filter to select profiles in the future.
Marking with an asterisk facilitates the precise selection of the authors of the content, suggesting the match with the order. For example, if you define the topic “Marketing” in the brief and a journalist has marketing studies, experience in this industry, and related texts in the portfolio, his business card will appear at the top of the list and in each section you will see a thematic link.
Don't buy blindly - check ratings and reviews
By approving the content written by the editor, the advertiser evaluates the cooperation (1-5 stars) and can write an additional review. This parameter not only influences the scoring, facilitates the selection, but also provides valuable feedback to journalists. Ratings and opinions are visible after going over the profile of the journalist on the list.
The notes collected by journalists are also displayed with reports from the Ad Exchange. This allows you to choose an author by checking their review and comments in advance.
Because we also care about the interests of the editors, they can also give their opinion on the client. Therefore, we encourage you to use good practices, being on the other side of the process as well :)
The direct purchase feature is especially suitable for ordering niche content and requesting content. Careful selection of journalists with the help of an intelligent search engine guarantees the highest quality.
Ad Exchange - Choose the best deals for journalists
The second option allows you to enter your briefing in an ad exchange. Journalists interested in writing a text you want to order present their offers, and you can compare them and choose the most attractive ones. We recommend this solution to order product descriptions or general content.
To accept the editor's proposal submitted in the brief, go to the "My Orders" tab -> the "Notice Board" tab, then select the green button in the offers' column. At this level, you can order text or hide a proposal if it doesn't meet your expectations.

Despite the intuitive tool, selecting journalists takes time. Fortunately, advertisers also have a third option - asking our Team for assistance. Our employees are experienced and know our copywriters well, so picking the right copywriter for you won’t be a problem for them. All you have to do is approve the written content within the agreed timeframe. It couldn't be easier.
I found a journalist. What's next now?
Both ways end with order confirmation and redirection to payment, which you can do using PayU, PayPal, or a traditional bank transfer. If you have previously completed the balance at the WhitePress® checkout, complete the transaction immediately and send the order to the journalist for execution.
After payment, the order goes to the "In progress" section, and you can take care of other topics or enjoy your favorite coffee while you wait for the content to be written;) As soon as the reporter enters a finished article in the panel, you will receive a notification by email.
Buy photos and graphics
Did you order the text, but feel that it does not illustrate the subject well enough? In Content Premium, you can quickly order content extensions from the same journalist. Want to enrich your content with graphics? We also make it possible to order photos appropriate to the topic in question.
