How does 2025 look from a publisher’s perspective? We’ve introduced solutions designed to boost your portal’s revenue, showcase your offers more effectively, and connect you faster with interested advertisers.

Website Booster

Now, every publisher can promote their portal—whether in Polish or English—directly within the platform. With the Website Booster service, your site can appear at the top of search results, making it easier to catch the eye of advertisers. Better visibility means a higher chance of securing more orders.

New Revenue Streams

Our latest service, Brand Mentions, opens up an additional revenue stream aligned with current market trends and the rise of AI. By offering brand mentions, you expand your portfolio with PR-driven activities, perfectly meeting the evolving demands of advertisers.

We have also enhanced our Banner Ads Module. You can now offer advertisers three different banner types, allowing you to maximise the monetisation potential of your portal’s layout.

Platform Improvements

When it comes to the WhitePress® platform itself… We’ve upgraded the Offer Creator, simplified forms, and introduced ready-to-use templates to make listing your offers faster than ever. Event Rollercoaster – Where Did We Meet in 2025?

In 2025, WhitePress® events were all about connection. They provided a space to discuss the real-world challenges faced by advertisers and publishers daily. Attendees had the opportunity to exchange experiences, gain practical insights, and walk away with ideas ready for immediate implementation.

SEO Vibes Summit

A major highlight of our calendar was SEO Vibes Summit ‘25, held in late May in Zakopane. Across four days, we combined keynote speeches, hands-on workshops, and networking sessions focused on practical SEO and link building. With three thematic tracks, 42 speakers, over 300 attendees, and an extensive mastermind programme, the event was perfectly complemented by the mountain atmosphere and integration activities. It was intense!

SEO Vibes Summit '25

SEO Vibes on Tour

Beyond our flagship summit, we connected with many of you through our local event series, SEO Vibes on Tour.

We organised a total of 14 SEO Vibes on Tour events – marking our 3rd successful edition.

September: A record-breaking 5 events!

These gatherings spanned across Europe, making their debut in Warsaw, Madrid, and Berlin. We also launched the first-ever edition dedicated specifically to Online Publishers—a pioneering move in Poland. Consider this a heads-up: it certainly won’t be the last!

Industry Events

In addition to our own events, we were a visible force at major international conferences, including Campixx (Germany), Chiang Mai (Thailand), and BrightonSEO (UK).

Altogether, we participated in 54 events! We truly value the face-to-face interactions we had at every stop. Building "human" relationships is essential—something that simply cannot be replicated through calls or emails. We can’t wait to see where 2026 takes us!

39 hours: The average publication time (Turkey led the way with a lightning-fast average of 26.5 hours).
15 minutes: The time it took to publish 18,781 of our orders.
65% of all publications were completed within the first 24 hours.
23,161 new portals were activated, bringing our total database to over 133,000 websites.
14,352 Brand Mention offers and 9,927 Banner Ad offers were added by publishers in response to new market demands.
12,000+ promotions were available throughout the year; during Black Weeks, users purchased 12,370 publications with cashback.
44 webinars hosted (20 more than last year), with over 8,000 registered participants.
221 people: The size of the growing WhitePress® global team.

The Cherry on Top: International Momentum

This past year saw WhitePress® accelerate its international growth, providing greater scale and new opportunities for both advertisers and publishers. The platform solidified its position in Europe and improved its financial result by 7 million PLN.

We’ve also expanded into Australia and New Zealand, and taken our first steps in the USA, where we are steadily building a local team. This expansion will allow us to execute international campaigns even more effectively in 2026.
